The Department of International Magical Cooperation is a division of the Ministry of Magic which, as its name suggests, tries to get wizards from different countries to work together.

The British seats on the International Confederation of Wizards are based here, as are offices that regulate international magical law.

Divisions

The International Magical Trading Standards Body

This body is in charge of overseeing and assessing trading practices within the wizarding world, as well as passing international legislation regarding trading standards.

The International Magical Office of Law

This office monitors the laws and policies set down by the International Confederation of Wizards, and advises Britain's Minister for Magic and the Wizengamot on matters of international law in order to prevent contradictions between British magical law and its international counterpart.

The Department of Magical Law Enforcement actually enforces the international policies and laws of the International Confederation of Wizards on British soil, albeit often relying on the advice of the International Magical Office of Law.

Magical Translations Services

Formerly headed up by Augustus Bellingham until mid 2010, this small, often overworked team includes Roberta Pinn, Amélie Kelly and Johann Storm.
