Werewolf Alliance
The Werewolf Alliance is an independent werewolf rights organisation founded by Robin Louvelle in 2014. It has several financial backers, the Prewett family being among the most reputable.
Mission
- To combat anti-werewolf sentiment in the wizarding public
- To disseminate factual information about the werewolf plight
- To negotiate demands for improved werewolf rights/welfare from the Ministry of Magic
- To support the werewolf community independent of Ministry welfare
- To provide a united werewolf front against anti-werewolf extremism
Headquarters
Located just off the charming Seven Dials area by Covent Garden, London. This property was given to the Alliance by the Prewett family to be used as headquarters.
The Werewolf Alliance HQ can be accessed by going down a quiet lane between bare brick shop buildings, and knocking a set of glossy red double doors. Providing the appropriate watchword will gain you entry.
A plain foyer gives little away about the nature of this enterprise. Two wixes are always at the small reception table in the waiting room, which gives off a dusky utilitarian vibe with its secondhand furniture and plenty of werewolf rights reading material onhand.
Past this are two sets of stairs on either side, spiraling up two floors. Each stair landing gives on to a passage of three to four offices. Here you will find the wixes who work on organising werewolf rights campaigns, marches and community support.
There is also a substantial archive room, full of both anti and pro werewolf propaganda over the years. Much of the material here pre-dates the Alliance, and is stored as reference material.
Office
Founder Robin Louvelle keeps a well-organised office on the top floor of the stage-right stairwell. It has a large half-circle window that looks out across Seven Dials. He may be found here two to three days a week.
Recent History
- May 2017 - the death of Rory Weir led the Alliance to call for the then-head of the WCU, Kurby Bagnold, to resign.
- Jan 2018 - the Alliance organised a sit-in at the Ministry of Magic, demanding quicker response to werewolf hate crimes and harassment following an attack at Bruce Ballentyne's private residence - Rock Steady, Baby

Hogwarts Werewolf Alliance
SAWS elected to officially become part of the Werewolf Alliance, leaving their old name behind by 2017.
