Sanya "Sunny" Almasy is the late twin sister of Raine Almasy. She was murdered by Arthur Lemon - the Purist uncle of childhood friend Roger Lemon - in August 2008.
In life, Sunny was a bright and cheerful witch who wanted to become a Healer. She was an accomplished ballerina. Sunny was known to many for having a sweet and bohemian disposition. Only her sister understood the melancholy underneath the surface.
Raine and Sunny were extremely close. They wore their hair differently (Sanya often straightened hers) and had very different taste in clothes - outside of that, the girls were identical and not above swapping places to trick their parents.
