Son of Ira Almasy and Balfour Spectre.
Feliks Spectre is a young boy who grew up amongst old witches and squibs in the Siberian countryside. He is initially courteous to adults but, on closer examination, can be quite lively and arrogant. Especially around people his age. He loves to read and play games. Most of all, he would love some friends, and to see more of the wizarding world he finds so wondrous. Feliks was born in St.Eudoxia's Wizarding Hospital in Moscow.
