Three dragon tamers are killed wrangling a pregnant dragon, and quite out of the ordinary, the dragon is ruled dangerous enough to be killed by the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures.
Griffon Manley gets word and checks through paperwork only to discover some inconsistencies. Margo Amherst get's quite the earful for her involvement.
