Friends & Romance
Niobe is good friends with Margaret Groust, Finn Grosvenor, Milo Monroe, and Jonas Trevelyan. She has been romantically linked to both men and women, most notably Cináed Tawse, Dominik Wiedman and Edward Pratt. She's recently broken up with private investigator Foy Pilpher.

Character History 2013 - 2017
After 20 years experience (!) at the Daily Prophet, Niobe finally advanced to an editor position at the country's most trusted newspaper. She has good reason to believe editor-in-chief Barnabas Cuffe stunted her career due to his bias against her gender and race, but she finally got what she believed she was due in 2016 to a great deal of support of her colleagues. She primarily focuses on driving stories to do with law and government. She's also closely covered the burgeoning Magic Rights movement and the Futurists. As she enters her 40s, her younger choice to avoid marriage and children has persisted. She's continued her dating life, but it's been a bit drier as more and more of her peers have settled down.
She continues to be an avid supporter of werewolf rights.
