Miranda Elliot was a St. Mungo's Healer before become a Durmstrang professor. Now she is the St Mungo's Head Healer.

Miranda Storm is the esteemed but mildly feared Head Healer of St Mungo’s. She is a holder of an Order of Merlin, and is published for her specialist works in mind healing. Miranda is often referred to as an ice queen because she exudes a cold demeanour, clearly not wanting many people close to her, but for those that pierce the icy exterior, she is loyal and has a cruel sense of humour. Miranda is married to the Deputy Head of Hogwarts, and together they have guardianship over Miranda’s 8-year-old granddaughter.
