10:46 PM - OLD COMPTON ST - Jinx affecting 1 muggle, cast by SUSPECT WIEDMAN; Tarantallegra Hex

10:55 PM - OLD COMPTON ST - Charm visible to potentially 20 muggles, cast by SUSPECT WIEDMAN; Summoning Charm. Possible theft.

11:03 PM - OLD COMPTON ST - Two Charms visible to potentially 50 muggles, cast by SUSPECTS WIEDMAN and THURSBY; Patronus Charm (2)

11:22 PM - TRAFALGAR SQUARE - Enchantment visible by potentially 50 muggles, cast by SUSPECT WIEDMAN; Aqueaus Vino

11:22 PM - TRAFALGAR SQUARE - Flying on Broomsticks visible to potentially 50 muggles for more than 5 minutes, SUSPECTS WIEDMAN and THURSBY

MUGGLE-WORTHY EXCUSE REPORT:

Three (3) Obliviators were deployed to Old Compton Street and Trafalgar Square between the hours of 11:45 PM and 1:15 AM. 118 muggles were Obliviated and Muggle-Worthy Excuses delivered to 57. Obliviations also occurred in order to conceal Auror activity to apprehend suspects. Full details on file.

ARRESTS:

• Niobe Thursby SUSPECT was apprehended after evasion at 11:37 PM in TRAFALGAR SQUARE by AUROR TREVELYAN
• Dominik Wiedman SUSPECT was apprehended after resisting and evasion at 11:37 in TRAFALGAR SQUARE by AUROR ELEOR

CHARGES:

• Niobe Thursby was charged with 3 counts of Improper Uses of Magic, 1 count of Magic-Upon-Muggles.
• Charges against Dominik Wiedman have been post-poned.

CONVICTIONS:

• Niobe Thursby was found guilty on all counts. Sentenced to 8 weeks community service under the Muggle Affairs Office, and fined 100G.
