Michael Dribbleby, or 'Dribbles' as some of his colleagues affectionately call him, left Hogwarts mid-way through his sixth year. He couldn't stand to study through his NEWTs, and wanted a taste of the action.
He entered into the hitwizard training with enough OWLs, and has had a career of chasing dark wizards and avoiding getting his neck broken in the process. His colleagues see him as somewhat dependable, and he is certainly experienced despite his unfortunate nickname.
He met his wife, Fleur and married her on a beach in Cornwall when he was thirty-two. The couple are happily married and particularly enjoy walking on beaches today (well, anything to get out of Luton). They own a cat, and there is a spurious rumour that Dribbleby once smeared it with sunflower oil and tried to cook it after a particularly eventful work Christmas party.
In July 2010, he was in pursuit of a dark wizard when he ended up spliching is arm off in a struggle (Hang On To Your IQ with Omari Warrington and Johann Storm) which Omari Warrington brought back with the dark wizard to be reattached at St Mungo's Hospital.
Although somewhat recovered, in September 2010, Dribbleby is on court duties for the case of Wolfgang Storm and Hannah Bombay regarding the Werewolf Games. Miranda Elliot is quick to give him commands regarding Wolfgang's dead body (A Song To Say Goodbye with Miranda Elliot, Omari Warrington and multiple others)
