You can write all the letters you want, begging the public to care- but it's another thing for the Prophet to have massive articles, with pictures, and to have the Wireless back it up...people trust the Prophet, for the most part. It's how most people base their opinions on what's going on. If we can get it on our side - we can make this one of the big issues and make it the Ministry's fault. Someone got lax, but the public doesn't realize how lax they've been, for decades. If we can get it so it was clear this was a matter of time and they had no safety measures in place to stop it..."
