Matty stared at the leather book that had been delivered to him that morning. It was the seventh one he had received and he supposed much like the years before the only signatures he was going to get would be those of his best friends Fauna and Adelia. He didn't mind though. He had never measured his worth by the amount of scribbles he could collect and found completely illogical to do so. Just because a bunch of people said non commital goodbyes in a book you'd likely never look at again didn't make you any more or less of a person. With a sigh he slipped it into his book bag wondering if he could catch Adelia before she went on a signing spree.
