Zora held her wand steady until she was absolutely sure Stump was going to, as they say, come quietly. Then she came up, cast the binding charm on his wrists behind him, and answered Harper.
"You might as well. You'll be called in anyway," she said.
Stump didn't need shoving or hauling about, Zora knew, so she simply laid a hand on his shoulder. She recited his rights for him. It'd be up to the lawyers to determine if all his blabbing a minute ago would count for anything. At least they had the well-respected Harper there to corroborate what would be Zora's statement.
Before she Apparated away with Stump, she turned to Harper again. Zora wasn't sure what to say to her, so she settled with a nod.
"Ready, Fen?" she asked. At an affirmative, she cracked them both away.
