"Ah." Over a year was long enough to mean something serious, and so Malin wasn't going to prod that any further. She busied herself with the papers again as she listened to Ambrose continue.

"Lots and lots of places," she said, finally. "South America the most, especially Peru. Not as much these last few years, teaching doesn't leave as much time for it, and with being over here I doubt I'll get much else in for a bit."The papers were thoroughly thumbed-through by now, and starting to bend a little at the corners.

"And if you come to America you should write me, let me know. It's a big country though, can be a bit harder to set stuff up." That was one of those things that always slipped her mind, over here. The size of everything.
