She thought back to anything she might of said, before she shook her head softly at the question asked of her. She ignored the comment of being brave, she just did what had been drilled into her, she was pretty sure she was more scared then anything.

"I don't think so, I asked if I was free to go once they found out it was me, but that's about it all I believe?" She said. "I did my best to keep myself quiet, I know how it works, I make one bad comment and they find something they can hit me with to lock me away, except that I'm one of them so its an embarrassment."

She softly rubbed at her face, this much talking she felt her throat become dry. "Is there any water I can have? Sorry I'm not used to talking to others this much." She asked as she relaxed forwards onto the table.

Good then! So many of Talisha's clients became all mouths when confronted by a wand and a red robe and it was travails to capture and contain and contextualize it all.

"It sounds to me, like," Talisha said using a handy charm to fill a coffee cup from the poorly stocked tea station near the door, "they've got absolutely nothing to go on, which they will certainly be relieved to figure out on their own as well. There's really no one in the shop right now who'd benefit from your going down the river. You're a Hitwitch in good standing and all your paperwork is filled out. They won't need much nudging, I think, to decline charging you with anything."

The lawyer sat back in her chair and crossed one leg over the other, feeling really quite satisfied.

"You'll be out today unless something weird happens."

Tara stood herself up and moved to take the cup, sipping at it gently with a grateful nod towards the lawyer. "Thanks." Softly came from her lips as she downed the rest of the water and placed the cup back down once again.

Hearing the words from her about hopefully being out this day made her give a small sigh and her shoulders loosened, relaxing her body, she hadn't realized how tense she had been until the words were said to her, like forgetting that you're clenching your jaw until you let it go.

"Thank you, I'll buy you a beer after?" She offered with a look towards her. "How much do you cost again?" She asked, not entirely sure how much she was going to owe after this, hopefully nothing too much given the situation.

"Weird, in the magical world?" She sat herself back down again. "Inconceivable really."

"Oh, my chicken, do not worry about that at all. My associates and I," (there were no associates at Crowe and Associates), "we're only here to help."

Talisha Crowe gathered her things now, and moved to give Tara a little squeeze and peck on the cheek now that there was a bit of trust between them. Truly though, Talisha probably could have and should have been a wealthier lawyer, but there wasn't much money in the kind of finagling she practiced. She was affordable to most who she cared to fly to the aid of.

"You leave it to me and not a word if I'm not with you, okay? You're my client now and they'll behave. See you soon."
