Wormwood

Wormwood (or Wormwood House) is an abandoned residence on Knockturn Alley. It was one of many properties in Ira Almasy's portfolio and was inherited by her cousin Raine Almasy. The house cannot be sold or let out until retrospective investigations into Ira's criminal activities have concluded.
