State of Caution

A State of Caution, similar to a State of Emergency, is an alert to magical communities asking wixes to be extra careful about their interactions with muggle society. It came into existence in 2013, shortly after the Futurists movement began picking up speed across the world.
State of Caution is utilised by several Ministries, including the British and MACUSA, when the Statute of Secrecy appears to be threatened by heightened muggle awareness of the wizarding world.
