Families and Adoptions
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Families & Adoptions is a combination of several things:
- A list of pureblood, halfblood, and muggleborn families currently played at AO.
- A place where you can find family trees.
- A place where you can find adoption requests.
- A place where you can find out more about the histories of these families.
Family names may link to a history blurb for that family. Underneath each family name, the characters being played in that family are listed. You can find non-player characters in the Non-Player Characters thread on the site.
Links to any family trees or adoptions are listed next to the family name. Family trees show connections to other families, help explain how new characters might fit into a family, and chart a line of descent from one character. Adoptions give a more comprehensive view of which characters people want to see played. Please keep in mind that if you'd like to adopt a character, you must get approval from the person who submitted the request in order for the new biography to be accepted.
Adoption Requests that do not fit into families are listed in Other Adoptions.
