Ira Almasy is a Criminal Liason who arranges for (and sometimes performs) contracted assassinations. She is known to be an unperturbed and sadistic witch, as well as a  prominent figure in the criminal community. Those who wish to find her eventually do but she is very rarely known to them beforehand- at least not by name. Besides possessing an inherently cruel mindset, Ira has been in the business of assassination for over the last twenty years of her life. She began her profession as a Liaison in her twenties and had left behind a chilling reputation when she departed from Russia to set up a life in the United Kingdom.
