Short Bio: Kinlan Elsegood was born and raised in Carlisle, Cumbria. He harbours negative feelings towards muggles and is a former Gryffindor. Once a petty thief, Kinlan now works for aristocrat, Ira Almasy, as her handyman in the criminal underground of Knockturn Alley. He acquires information for her and is sometimes contracted for murders or kidnappings. His services come at a high price. Elsegood is adoptable.
