Wix

The term "wix" is a gender neutral alternative to "witch" or "wizard".

The plural of wix can be "wixes" or "wixen", or it can be self-pluralising. Not all characters may be aware of this term, depending on their familiarity with different concepts of gender.

Wix-kind is also used to describe a collective of magical peoples.
