Appearance: Faint sparks briefly float around the target
Description: The caster aims at a target they wish their voice to come from, which is briefly circled by sparks. The caster then holds the tip of the wand to their throat, like Sonorus and whatever they say will instead emanate from the point marked by the spell.
Ventriliquo can be maintained with concentration while other spells are cast in the duration. Changing targets for where they "throw their voice" requires the spell to be cast again.
