The Bawling Bards are a British wizarding punk band, formed in 2010, with a relatively small fanbase.
They had their big break in early 2012 with their single A Bludger to the Head, which had a catchy, singable chorus that haunts the minds of listeners. Some say that the lead singer divined the lyrics in a dream. Others claim that the lead guitarist used siren song harmonics to compose the melodies, giving it the power to stick in your mind.
The group are finalising their first album to release later in 2012.
