Reception
In the reception area, a Welcome Witch sits at a desk marked Inquiries. The receptionist helps anyone who is unsure where to go, incapable of normal speech, or unable to remember why they are at the Hospital.
Artefact Accidents
St. Mungo's Hospital treats artefact accidents on the ground floor.
This floor is the primary treatment facility for:
- common equipment injuries (backfiring wands, exploding cauldrons, faulty brooms, etc)
- damage from failing enchantments and misused muggle artifacts
- cursed object treatments
- all manner of impalements, incapacitations and injuries not in the purview of other levels

- None named on page yet
Other Areas
- A magically warded evidence locker for wayward artifacts that the healers use in regards to the patients’ injuries. After recovery, most artifacts are destroyed, if not taken into Ministry evidence or repaired for the rare benign cases.
