Oscar Oleander is Second in Command of Security at the Pendragon Hotel. Oscar works very closely with Blaine Wilde who he sees as a mentor.
Being a Muggle Born, he and Blaine usually mix both their worlds to come up with solutions to their security needs. For example, instead of using a normal two-way radio in the hotel, they came up with an enchanted coin that acts like a two-way radio but used a Reducio Charm to make it cufflink size.
