Oni Sapa, whose real name and history stretches far into a past to which few are privy, heads the blood magic research group Coven Cascadia. He is also the leader of the vampire coven that forms much of the research group.
On the whole, Oni is a calm personality. He might come across as clinical and unemotional to some but to those who know him well, Oni has great emotional awareness and acts very deliberately.
He has been around for nearly two centuries and is rather embittered against general society at large. As a result, he spends most of his time in the company of other vampires or fellow researchers.
