Internal

When one enters the house, a hallway leads to many different directions. To the left side is the living room, dining room, the conservatory, and two sets of stairs: one that leads up to the bedrooms and the other to the cellar. On the right side is the kitchen, where the family typically eats their meals and the utility room that's snuggled into the kitchen area.

There is a piano in the living room which is also called the sitting room. There is a study, and bedrooms for each of the family members, plus a guest room.

The cellar was once used as Malcolm's workspace when Addie was a baby but since she and Alfie have grown up, it has become part wine cellar, part hangout spot for the adults. A mural depicting a French vineyard was painted by Malcolm and Addie to add flavor to it. Typically neither Addie or Alfie are found in here, with only few exceptions when they have been.

External

The three level house was constructed in the late 17th Century and was purchased by Anneliese Delacroix and Malcolm Blake shortly after Adelia Delacroix was born. An iron gate allows for a bit of privacy, not to mention the numerous enchantments around the abode. There are various shrubs as well as fruit trees such as apples, pears, cherry, and peaches.

The back part to the home reveals a nice patio and the rear garden that has both a floral and vegetable/fruit garden. Near the patio is the side entrance to the heated swimming pool. There are a couple overhead windows which can open up during the summer but stay closed in the other seasons.

Going past the patio and gardens, there is a 3 acre field which is heavily protected by charms and protection spells. The two children have flown on their broomsticks here but have kept low to the ground as to keep with the rules of magic and their parents. Other than playing Quidditch in the backyard, camping out and other various outdoor activities have taken place here.
