Kelp Whip

A Kelp Whip is a tool made and used by Merpeople. The knotted length of greenery is made from seaweed plucked from beds that house Grindylow. The water demons tend to fight back as their home is threatened. It is important to get this kind of weed, as it has been tempered by the Grindylows and becomes quite resilient.

When wet, it can be snapped its full length in a second, wrapping around a target that can be yanked back. Kelp Whips are useful for Merfolk interested in fishing for only individual fish.
