Invisible Book of Invisibility

This book is canonical in the Harry Potter series [1]

The Invisible Book of Invisibility is a book about magic to make things invisible. It contains information about a variety of spells plus potions (like invisible inks) and properties of invisible creatures (such as the Demiguise) and information of how best to make an Invisibility Cloak.

The book itself can be rendered invisible and copies are shipped this way by default. This makes the books easy to misplace; Flourish and Blotts lost around 200 books that cost quite a bit of money. This particular nusiance has made the book out of print.

Casey O'Doherty spent part of the summer looking for the lost copies at Flourish and Blotts, and managed to purchase one before the staff realized the significance. This rejuvinated efforts to find the books but the rest remain lost. Seen and Unseen
