Francis Houghton, better known as Frank, is a middle-aged manager in the Department of Magical Transportation. His life to most looks mundane; he makes enough galleons to just get by and raises his two teenage children (Hazel Houghton [14], Oswald Houghton [16]) with his ex-wife, Jamie Houghton [41]. They have an amicable co-parenting relationship.
Unknown to many, Francis has battled substance use disorder on/off, which lead to his divorce with his first wife. He's had several relationships since, but has never been able to stay committed. There has been periods of his life where he's been absent from his children's lives due to his issues.
He helps distribute substances for extra income.
