Costaravis Underthames is a free elf who has found a place among goblin society as an investigator for their court system. He was born free and has never been held in servitude by a human. He's lived most of his life in the Hag Market He wears clothes and does not suffer the need to please or obey anyone. He is the only one like himself he's ever met.
He's described as "shorter [and] rounder [than goblins] with grey-pale skin and impressive large pointed ears, and lantern large eyes behind octagonal spectacles."
