The Conference of European Magical Journalists is an annual event hosted in different locations in Europe. Journalists from Britain and across the continent attend to network, celebrate, eat, and hand out a few awards.
One of the awards is a lifetime achievement award - for a distinguished journalist whose career was deemed to be over or winding down. In 2012[1], it was awarded to Judith Eastman.
