Aegis Pouch

An Aegis Pouch is a bag constructed to cancel out the effects of magic on technological items. It is often used by the Muggle Affairs Office to store laptops or data banks in the Ministry of Magic for safe-keeping.
The pouch is also used by wixes who move between the magical and muggle world, and do not wish for their mobile phones to be affected.
Aegis pouches are tricky to construct and enchant. They are not inexpensive but are considered affordable for such a niche item.
