Name: Draconis Bythesea
Age: 49 (Born 1963)
Blood Status: Halfblood
House: Slytherin
Personality: A fairly cruel and horrible man, while also manipulative. He believes in the old methods of "Purity is Right" and that pure bloods are superior, with muggleborns being worse then filth. Despite the fact that his family is not pureblooded, he still holds to the idea that they are still a mighty pureblood family and that the battle is not lost, merely on another stalemate. He uses cunning and manipulation to get people outside of his ideals to like him and to blend into society.

History: Born during the reign of Voldemort during the Wizarding War, and to a family that believed in their bloods purity despite that only a hundred years or so back their ancestor was a half blood. He joined his family in becoming a Death Eater, due to only just leaving hogwarts by the time of the wars end with the first death of Voldemort, he was able to escape. Where he met his soon to be wife and partner in Bulgaria, marrying the Veela and having a child, Allura.

Upon Voldemorts return and the continuation of the war however, he realized his mistake in spreading further "impurity", but when he tried to correct it. She had run away, leaving him to return to being a Death Eater. Despite the wars ultimate conclusion, he was able to escape judgement and vanished.

Name: Bistra Clayton
Age: 38 (Born 1974)
Blood Status: Veela
Personality: Caring and protective over her child due to fears of not knowing what happened to her former partner, however knows she cannot protect her forever and that they must grow by themselves. She can be fairly strict with punishments but more so out of worry of what might of happened, however it only happens when they do something particularly stupid.
Due to her former partner and already being unsettled by the patriarchal society she lives in now, she is rather wary of men and is quick to move from them, however she is perfectly capable of looking after herself, some people who try to go after her in nightclubs usually find their hands needing mending and the need to regrow singed hairs.
Despite this she is typically very friendly and likes to be with groups of friends or people in general, enjoying the atmosphere of people being happy and chatting.

History: Bistra grew up with her family in Bulgaria, living happily and peacefully for years before she met a wizard from England, despite her families reservations about him she was entranced by him, she just assumed her family was jealous that such a man as kind and noble as him would be interested in her and none of the others. So together they married and she joined him in going to the UK, although nervous of leaving her family behind she saw it as just another chapter in her life, she would still be able to visit them.
However she found it difficult to live without her sisters, the land wasn't what she thought it would be like, she was still happy and she had a child on the way, but over time he seemed different, until all she heard was about a great evil, an unspeakable name. And now she knew the one she loved was not the person she married. She ran and eventually another family took her and her infant daughter in.
With that family she met the second love of her life, although this one fortunately stayed true and was not a genocidal maniac. Although it took a long time for her to recover, together they both raised the child together and moved to a house in the country and have lived happily since.

Name: Freesia Clayton
Age: 35 (Born 1977)
Blood Status: Half Blood
House: Hufflepuff
Personality: The "stricter" mother, although lenient still in what she will allow Allura to get away with. Being the one mostly to come collect her from gatherings or to take her about shops and makes sure she has everything done right. She is still a nice woman and is extremely protective of both of her daughter and her partner, quickly shouting down anyone who would even remotely try at either of them while she is around. She enjoys her work with the Ministry in the Being Department of Level 4, inspired by said partner to start working there instead of other parts of Level 4.

History: Freesia was raised in a pure hufflepuff household, both her parents and her grandparents having been in Hufflepuff, they all held to the ideas of the house and as such have always been friendly and helpful and hard working. During the Dark Lords reign the family worked to help muggleborns to hide and escape the country by broom so that they could be safe. During the second war they took in a Veela and her child, Freesia helped to look after both of them and regularly went out shopping for items to help since the veela couldn't go out. And over time both of them took comfort in eachothers presence, eventually turning into a relationship.

Since the war she has started working with Level 4, originally planning on being a handler for magical creatures, her partner inspired her to go into helping Beings live and cope in the wizarding world, outside of their comfort zone of how they would usually live or to assist in those who's nature is the result of great turmoil in their life.
