Physical Description:
Xander in the form they have growing up, and their body resets to if their Metamorphagi ability was let free, has short, light almost blond, brown hair. Along with brown eyes, they are relatively slim and looks surprisingly younger then they typically would, meaning that Xander would be considered younger then they really are, which annoys them to no end.

In addition to this younger look, their masculine looking body stands slightly shorter compared to their classmates, typically meaning that all their classmates in their year tower above Xander, and especially being towered by their older Siblings.

Typically Xander likes to dress somewhat more properly, partly out of routine drilled into them, making sure things are buttoned up properly, shirts are tucked and everything is prim and proper, they also enjoy the scent of apple so like to wear it when they can.

Personality Description:
Xander tries their best not to come across as the stuck up rich kid, especially after finding in their first year that they were not what was considered high up in the Magical Society, not that Xander has ever been that fond of their rich family given he was treated as a backup and expendable for their older brother.

If anything Xander is loving their freedom, with the stress of home off of them, as long as grades keep up, they have taken it as a chance to relax and once they did they found themselves excitedly exploring the new world ahead of them where they had a better chance of a life.

Xander has always felt uncomfortable being referred to as Son, or in masculine terms, though they are not sure what it is, they feel wrong and odd in their body, often when nervous or feeling uncomfortable Xander can be spotted scratching around their bracelets and necklace. While they do prefer being referred to in Non-Binary terms, any vocalization of such thoughts or protests die quickly when around their family, unable to summon any strength against them.

Typically Xander can be pretty quiet, though once you get them talking, they may struggle to stop, along with when around friends or people they know may be able to take it, they’ll start getting more playful and messing around, pulling pranks or jokes, though its obvious they long to be a little more confident with others.

History:
Xander was born as an unusual person, for an unusual group of people, in a family that did not wish to be unusual. Born as a Metamorphagi to a rich Muggleborn family, that had a lineage going back to factory owners and the stock markets, to say the family was well off is an understatement when in a week their bank account gains more money then the regular person will get in their life. Driven by Stocks and leeching off Tenents as Landlords.

Xander was born as a boy to the family, among one of three with their brother Damien and their sister Charlotte, both older with Damien and Charlotte being Six and Five years older respectively. And from the start it was obvious something was unusual with Xander, namely being when the doctor was quickly confused at the fact that their eyes were changing colour.

Growing up, Xander’s family attempted to stop anything unusual from happening. It was at a dinner party, that a friend pulled their father over, and mentioned they may have a solution, a few days later providing a necklace and two bracelets, and leaving with a word the Walton's must keep by. The jewelry in turn would block Xander’s Metamorphagi abilities, leading to growing in one form, but always feeling like something was wrong with their body and that there was something wrong…Of course asking didn’t they have a different sex, or hair colour when younger was met with olympic level gaslighting to prevent further questions.

Still however unusual occurrences happened around Xander, growing up told that the bracelets and necklace were special and to help heal them. At their Eleventh birthday they received their invitation to Hogwarts, a school their parents were not fond of with the idea of them going anywhere they hadn’t heard of, or with this unusual magical business, but the family figured if their dear Xander could become magical, perhaps they can use it, after all they could make more children, and this one might turn Lead to Gold.

Getting to Hogwarts, Xander was sorted into Slytherin with the shiniest of school supplies they could get, Xander at school was relatively uptight, clearly wanting to socialize and make friends, but wanting to do as their Family wanted, while struggling with going from Muggle Upper Class, to now being ostracized by what would typically be seen as their peers due to being Muggleborn. Though still they mixed well with those more inclined towards Muggles.

Though through school, Xander has felt even with their magical knowledge growing, something else is missing, like there is something wrong with their body, skin crawling at points over nothing as if something is longing desperately to come out…unknowing of their Metamorphagi abilities but starting to disagree with their parents now they know of a world and people who are not out to use them and lie to them…

How Do You Fit Into Your House?:
Xander isn’t sure why they are in Slytherin, not fitting in with the typical theme of the house except for being the Muggle equivalent of a Pureblood despite not wanting to be so, however their own goal to build a new life in the magical world and ditch their Muggle parents for a better life.

Sum up your character in one paragraph:
Xander is a Metamorphagi denied of their abilities by their rich Muggle parents, who only care for Xander as a back up child, along with a potential source of money due to the magical world. Despite this Xander is trying their best to build a new life for themselves and please their family despite the lack of love towards them.

Describe how the Special Ability influences their life.  What do they use it for?:
Born as a Metamorphagus, but denied it from a young age, Xander is unaware of their ability, but know something is wrong with their body and longs to be free, if and when they do release their ability, they’ll be exploring the abilities and constantly shifting about as they learn their previously denied ability, whether they are meaning to change or not.

Write a description of what happens when your character is exhibiting this Special Ability:
Xander’s body would shift and change, subtly stretching and changing as if it was fluid, however having not grown up with their own natural ability, they’d often struggle with their subconscious taking over, often mimicking or turning into those they are talking to, some aspect changing if they don’t keep it under control. This is most often exemplified where if they feel jealous or envious of a part of someone, such as their hair, their own will change to match it.

This is matched with their more gender-fluid state, coming better into terms with their identity means that they frequently swap between their masculine form they grew with, even if it changes at points, to a feminine form they start spending more time in to explore themselves, often changing moment to moment or from mood to mood.
