Event Thread: The Skeleton Dance
Characters: Vesta Baddrick,Ventus Shang
Summary: Vesta Baddrick should have known better - if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. Black Marketeer Ventus Shang sets a trap for the infamous mugger on the streets of London, and Vesta gets more than she bargains for. She walks away with the prize, but some serious injuries as well.

Evidence

  • A muggle police officer will be able to place Vesta on the street.
  • Alleged victim Ventus Shang would be able to ID Vesta.
  • 500 galleons were taken from the scene.
  • Inspection of the crime scene will reveal many traces of spellfire:
    • A powerful Reductus curse, traces on the ground and walls. (within 72 hours)
    • Clues that powerful Necromancy magic was in play. (within 48 hours)
    • Fragmentation Curse. (within 12 hours)
    • The charred ground and traces of a powerful ring of Dark Magic fire. (within 5 days)
    • Three Apparitions. (within 24 hours)
