Emily Louise "Emmylou" or "Lou" Carter is a 7th Year Gryffindor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She is the youngest daughter of the late Leon Carter. She is also the niece of the late Miranda, and first cousin of fellow Gryffindor George Carter. In addition to her cousin, she is close friends with Fauna Blake and Grace Eddy.
