  • Name: Sophie Hanover Cuddyer
  • Age: 46
  • Position: International Association of Qudditch Public Relations (specifically French League)

Appearance: See Connie Neilson

Short Bio: Before marrying Dario and giving birth to Ian Cuddyer, Sophie was a very accomplished Quidditch player in her own right. She played on a team in the French League, but she is more well known for playing on the French National Team in the 1982 World Cup. She met Ian's father in 1985 as the team was in Canada for a friendly match prepping for the 1986 World Cup. Sophie was still on the French roster in 1986, but she did not play in any World Cup matches that year as she gave birth to Ian in April. She didn't feel she was in top form.

Ian talks about his mother’s style as a player in his Daily Prophet interview with Maximus Bolide: “he's all about working hard. Her motto is, ‘You get out of it what you put into it.’”
