Dugan Macduff

Dugan Macduff is a criminal and an Ex-Azzie. He has multiple convictions on his record, as well as a number of crimes he was not caught for. Dugan is the cousin to Cináed Tawse. In December of 2008, Dugan willingly participated in Cináed's werewolf bioweapon experiment. He is now a werewolf and often attacks innocent people- including muggles- for fun. Dugan is not yet suspected by the ministry for these attacks- but is aware they are looking for the responsible werewolf.
