Appearance: Dorothea is a short, but imposing woman. Her face seems constantly discontented, but when she laughs, and she will laugh at your expense, she looks decades younger. Despite her age, which frankly she has no problem wearing with pride, her clothes still retain the colorful shades and patterns of her youth, keeping the memory of her birth town alive through her style.

Short Bio: Dorothea has had a full, bittersweet life. Born in the Barbados to a muggle Barbadian and a British wizard, she was not well received in her community, even more so when her magic started to develop and she was shunned from the island at only eight years old. It was only out of the kindness of strangers, that she managed, not easily to make her way to the UK, in hopes of finding her father. She didn't find him, but Hogwarts found her.

After finding her place in the wizarding world, Dorothea took the road of healing. It was the time of Gellert Grindelwald and she bravely aided the casualties his army left behind in Europe. It was after his downfall that Dorothea settled into a nice life, having found herself a man, having her first child and enjoying aiding those in need in her job. But after that came the First Wizarding War and life looked bleak again. She lost her husband to the war, right as it was drawing its end in the eighties. But she had four beautiful children, so not all hope was lost.

It was when the Second Wizarding War took one of her children and his wife and three nieces that Dorothea's world suddenly turned ashen. She stuck through it, and did her job dutiful, despite her age and her losses. But as soon as the wizarding world was again at peace she retired, having seen enough blood and deaths for three lifetimes. She bought a building and took in her orphaned nephew and started renting rooms.
