Witte is an elderly wizard, with thinning, wild white hair and an ability to go on and on about anecdotes from his youth that only ever he finds interesting. His life was quite mundane, but Witte never complained about it. Born to a mixed-blood family living in southern London, he attended Hogwarts just like everyone else, was sorted in Hufflepuff, and graduated in the middle of his class. After that he got a job as a errands boy at the Daily Prophet, before accepting the position as junior guard at the National Museum of Wizarding History in his thirties. And that’s where he’s been since.
Witte has fair skin, light brown eyes and a limp on his right leg. Because of this he uses a cane when he walks. He is a big fan of Kip Baugh, Hitwizard, and drinks copious amounts of nettle tea, and he is perfectly content with his life.
