Tarron is an older, stiff, and traditional sort of wizard. Once extremely purist and almost a Death Eater, over his life his opinions have mellowed enough for him to be happily married to a muggleborn witch. As a politician he is a decent leader, but tends to be unyielding and has very predictable reactions, making him somewhat easy to manipulate.
