Frank is a sweetheart—that is what most would say if they were asked to explain him. He works hard to make others happy, but may drone on about one thing for far too long. Some find his ‘sweetness’ to be too much. No one can be happy all the time, and some take his easy going, optimistic attitude to be annoying and cringe worthy. All in all, Frank loves history, finding ways to parallel happenings in today’s society to the past, and using the knowledge of the past to improve the future.
