Short Bio: Works as a Hitwizard for Level Two. Rutkowski is known for being extremely competent, though she is often partnered with rookies who are decidedly less so. Very direct and to the point, with little patience for those who waste her time. Enjoys using Ministry procedure to needle those that she doesn't like, but otherwise gets the job done.
