Edit Plot: Plot:Zephyr's Ambitions

The loose plan was for Persepolis to succeed (she was successful!) Open to actually how this was accomplished - either through a clean campaign or something a little more controversial. Zephyr could support [[Dreogan Eleor | Dreogan Eleor's]] [[Muggle Relations Reform]] plotline. She has yet to declare a clear stance on werewolves. The format will follow the [[Ministry of Magic]] structure we've established as A.O. canon, so Wizengamot Elders could certainly be involved, and anyone from Annwyl's administration.
