Minister Announces Investigation of ELF

The Offfice of the Minister of Magic has reportedly instructed Magical Law Enforcement to open an investigation of the
Eradicate Lycanthropy Foundation.
"We wish for the public to know that we are listening to their concerns," reads the statement from Minister Carstairs, "and in order to do so we must cultivate an impartial ear, through the objective examination of hard evidence."
According to the press release, results of the investigation will eventually be brought before the Wizengamot for further deliberation.
Minister Carstairs also acknowledged the sit-in
[1] that took place in the Ministry's atrium on Monday. "I would like to express my deep gratitude towards those who kept the cogs moving. Despite disruptions," he continues, "the wizarding world must continue to run smoothly."
He goes on to express worry for those injured by Welcome Witch Cynthia Bombay, whose violent actions at the sit-in have been condemned even by ELF - despite Bombay being a vocal supporter of the foundation.
"I hope the perpetrators of all such crimes will be persecuted to the full extent of the law," adds Carstairs in his statement.
