[Feb 17th] Wand Commission Inquiry (Ollivanders)

Dear Ollivanders
Makers of Fine Wands since 382 B.C

Hello
My name is Allura Bythesea
Four years ago now, I had come to you like every Eleven Year Old to come and have their wand choose them. And ever since then my Wand, true to your reputation has been truly amazing.
However, I wished to inquire about potentially having a Wand made for me. I am not foolish enough to believe you do not receive these requests. But the wand I am hoping you would make for me does not use one of the Supreme Cores that you are renowned for. (Phoenix Tail Feather, Dragon Heartstring and Unicorn Tail Hair)

The core in question I would like to inquire about, is a Veela hair core. Which I am aware is often perceived as a poor core to have for a Wand, due to them not reacting well with non Veela. Not to mention stubborn even then.

But nonetheless I wished to inquire you on the topic, for as while as I would prefer others did not know. My Mother is a Veela and is willing to donate a hair for it.

I understand if you do not wish to, as it may go against your reputation for the core types you use. However I believed it prudent to ask the Finest Wandmakers as to if they would be willing.

I eagerly await your response, and I wish for you to have a nice weekend.

Best Regards: Allura Bythesea

The Letter itself is on a cream coloured parchment, along with being somewhat perfumed.

My dear child,

You write very prettily but a cloud of something has muddied your good sense. I, Tamzin Ollivander, shall carry on in the inimitable tradition of my uncle and master wandmaker Garrick Ollivander and will keep to the superior supreme cores.  And just so you know, and since you are young I'll tell you, it's an obscene thing to have more than one wand. If the one my uncle made for you is somehow lacking, I imagine the dissatisfaction is in the hand not the handle.

Stay in school,

Tamzin Ollivander
