She raised her eyebrows at Atash and then nodded, “Okay then. I’ll talk to you later, goodbye.” Mai smiled and waved at him awkwardly before realizing that it was pretty stupid. Then she turned to look at Raizel. “It was lovely meeting you, really.” She said genuinely. Mai had always enjoyed abrasive personalities, and from what she had seen, the blonde was the definition of abrasive. “If you ever need to find me, it won’t be difficult.” Mai shrugged. She never made herself particularly hard to find.
“I need to get back though.” She looked down at her groceries, “À la prochaine.” Mai paused before leaving, but then decided it was probably best to part for now.
