Figaro's London Flat



As of summer 2011, Figaro rents a one-room flat in East London, in an affordably converted warehouse near Barking called Old Burbidges. It's on the top floor, the fifth (5D). He has a fireplace, but is not connected to the Floo Network. His small balcony faces west, accessible by a sliding metal door. It's Wizarding building, seen by muggles as a locked and boarded old factory once owned by a muggle chemical company Burgoyne Burbidges.

Figaro likes it quite a bit. It's came furnished with a creaky metal bedframe, and a plastic lawn chair. He's got a small table, and sideways crate he uses for music. There's a small cooking space and a sink. The toilet and tiny shower are in a small closet. He has a few shelves.
