Appearance: Most recognizable for his vibrant Ginger hair. He also has hazel eyes and is of an average build and height. The best physical resemblance to offer would be to Simon Pegg. [1]

Short Bio: The exact middle child (fourth born) of seven children to an Irish wizard and his catholic wife. Went to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a 1994 Hufflepuff Alumni. Became a full Auror in 1997. When the Ministry of Magic fell to Lord Voldemort during the Second War, Bailey went AWOL and deserted the Corps refusing to take part in rounding up muggle-borns. When Kingsley became Minister for Magic and the Jason MacDonell regained control of the Auror Corps, he returned to his job. Became a Senior Auror in 2004 after almost getting killed during the Azkaban Uprising. He has a good head for investigating, but not a lot of people skills or common sense.

Around Level Two, he is almost always referred to as "Bailey" and never by his first name. In fact, its doubtful that most people know his first name. Other common nicknames are "Bailey the Ginger" or, quite simply "The Leprechaun". Personal nemesis of Archer Radley and he is often blamed for office mischief.
