Vasily is Grigory and Ksenia's brother and a Chaser for the American ice quidditch team, the New York Ravens. He graduated from Koldovstoretz.
Personality
Of his siblings, Vasily is frequently the diplomatic one. Compared to his siblings, he is also more passive (though compared to Ksenia, just about everyone is). Laidback, peaceful, and quiet, he is naturally inclined towards harmonious atmospheres and having similar relationships. His very nature lends itself to kid gloves and a soothing presence.
Media training has only strengthened this. In fact, every once in a while he has to be shaken out of it, because it's what he reverts to when he is bored, uncomfortable or preoccupied.
Alternatively, he can be a passive aggressive shithead. He will cheerfully watch you choke on your own foot, whether he likes you or not.
When it came to school, he was attentive and inoffensive, but unmemorable, until he started playing quidditch. He is quiet but not a loner, and likes being surrounded by friends and teammates and is easily egged on by them.
Family
Both parents are wizards; father Boris, however, is muggleborn, while mother Ekaterina comes from a slightly more established family. Like many, Vasily's paternal grandparents had worked in factories. Older brother Grigory (25) is a beast handler; younger sister Ksenia (16) is a werewolf and a student at Koldovstorez.
Relationships
Vasily is very close to his siblings. When Grigory was away or busy, he was the one who tried to keep Ksenia out of trouble, or mitigate the damage. He wasn't always successful, and often needed her to bail him out of it.
